Abstract

QUALITIES OF TOURISM TO INCREASE CUSTOMERS LOYALITIES AT TOURISM DESTINATION AT WEST SULAWESI PROVINCE The objectives of the this research is to recognize the level of the customer's satisfaction tourism business at West Sulawesi Province. And to recognize the relationship and the influence of customer's satisfaction that is based on reliability, assurance, tangible, emphaty and responsiveness to the customer's loyality. The models of analysis are descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. ABSTRACT The result shows that the level of customer's satisfaction is in the middle level. And it shows that the level of customer's satisfaction is in the middle level. And it shows correlation coefficient's (r) = 66.0 %. This means that relationship between customer's satisfaction and customer's loyality is classified as strong classification. And determinant coefficient r2 (R square) = 36.2 %. It indicates that all independent variabel simultaneously influence dependent variabel, while the rest 29.8 % are influenced by the other variabel which are not explained in the models. The results of F test show that simultaneously all independent variables significantly influence the customer's loyalty, which the value of F count is bigger than F table, and significant value is smaller than 0,05. And the result of partial test (1 test) shows that all independent variables significantly influence the customers loyalty to use the Business Tourism in West Sulawesi Province, with the value of t count is bigger than t table value, and significant value is smaller than 0,05.
