Abstract
This research aims to find out the strategy, strengh, weakness, opportunity, threat of Business Travel Management in Parepere to facing ASEAN Economic Community era. The data were collected using by SWOT analysis method, the purposive to interpretation data and the data were surveyed consists of strength, weakness, opportunities, and threat. The results showed that Business Travel Management Strategys contain by weakness of information services, human resources can contribute to low quality of services. However in terms of guest needs more variative. The intense competition caused by the many agencies organizing trips, rental transportation modes, online ticket sales, especially online tickets at the minimarket appearing without licenced.
