Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of Mata Buntu Waterfall in Wasuponda East Luwu regency and create the concept for the governance of Mata Buntu Waterfall for more directed management. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis method. Technique of collecting data is done by interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the management of Mata Buntu Waterfall was done by the local people independently. The concept of governance that can be applied in tourist attraction Mata Buntu Waterfall is by usingmanagement functions and stakeholder involvement
